Each competition runs until either all tickets are sold or the draw date is reached — whichever comes first. The end date is clearly shown on every competition page so you can see exactly how long is left.

If the draw date is reached without all tickets being sold, the draw will still go ahead with all valid entries. Your chances of winning are actually higher in this case. We will never cancel a draw once the deadline has passed.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable once the entry has been submitted. Please ensure you are happy with your selection before completing checkout. If a competition is cancelled by us for any reason, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Winners are contacted directly via the email address or phone number registered on their account, usually within 1 hour of the draw. Results are also posted publicly on our social media pages. Always make sure your contact details are up to date!

Once contacted, we'll arrange delivery or collection of your prize directly with you. Physical prizes (cars, holidays, etc.) are arranged via courier or our logistics partners. Cash alternatives are paid directly to your bank account within a few working days of verification.

Most of our competitions offer a cash alternative to the physical prize — the amount is shown on each competition page. If you win, you can choose to take the cash instead of the prize. The choice is entirely yours and must be made within 7 days of being notified.

Some competitions feature instant win prizes — smaller cash or credit prizes hidden within the ticket pool. If your ticket number is an instant win, you'll be notified immediately after purchase. Instant win payouts are processed within the hour — just drop us a message to claim!

Yes — creating a free account only takes a minute and is required to enter any competition. Your account lets you track your entries, manage your wallet, and ensures we can contact you if you win.

Log in to your account and go to My Tickets. You can see all your active and past entries, including the ticket numbers assigned to you in each competition.

Your site wallet holds any credit you've been awarded (e.g. from referrals, promotions, or instant wins paid as site credit). Wallet balance can be used to purchase tickets on any competition. You can check your balance at the top of the page once logged in.
